Cancellation and Refund policy
Deposit of 50% to be paid within 7 days of booking, balance to be paid on arrival unless paid in full prior to arrival date. In the event of a cancellation before 21 days prior to the date of arrival any monies paid will be refunded. In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival a deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is let to another guest. We regret no refunds for early departure .
